Regular Post package is 4,90€. and home delivery 9,90€.
Our delivery time is 3-5 working days.
We operate just as a webshop at the moment, so unfortunately it is not possible to pick up the delivery from the warehouse.
You will get a SMS message, when the package has arrived to Post.
Yes, we will send you a tracking code via email and you can track your order from Post website.
If you notice right away that the package is damaged, please inform the Post customer service immediately. We also ask you to contact our customer service.
If you can’t find the item you are looking for, you can contact our customer service info (at) hedbergstore.com and ask for it’s availability.
If you receive a wrong item, it’s size is wrong or it doesn’t meet up with your standards, you can change the product to other product without charges. The product you want to change must be unused and vendible. When returning the product, please include your contact details, order number and all necessary information for us to deliver the new product to you.
